Consolidation!

Okay so after months of ignoring the fact that I have not kept up on Silas and Padriac's personal blogs I have decided that it is time to consolidate. I wish there were more things in my life that could be consolidated.

Between work, our 5 year anniversary and upcoming birthdays we have been a family of whirling dervishes. I has been so much fun, though. The boys are at the perfect ages to be this busy. Silas is exited about learning new things and just soaks it all up. And Padraic is Mr Curious and wants to figure everything out and explore. (Although as we speak he is throwing a major tantrum...love the high pitched scream.) I can't wrap my brain around the fact that Silas will be 4 in just a few weeks and Padraic is closing in on 2.

Adding to just being a mom of two very active boys in November sometime I started working again. I became the "director of children's ministries" at our little Church that is now in Monrovia. I'm having some fun and totally being stretched.

Ooo...okay so Jonathan is not home right now so I am trying to make myself as tired as possible so that when I shut down I'll just fall asleep. But I just looked up at the clock and realized it was 1am. That wouldn't matter much if my boys actually slept, but unfortunately my children have decided that it is way more fun to throw tantrums and scream and get really moody at the drop of a hat than to sleep. This has become so ingrained in my life that even when Jonathan and I go away and don't have the kids with us, like we did last weekend, I can't sleep any later than 7:30. Jonathan doesn't seem to have this problem. He will happily sleep anytime, anywhere.
